A few days ago, I experienced a tough 48 hours. So many little things went wrong, and for a moment I felt really down about myself. Then, I thought about how many people are suffering right now in our world.
People who have lost their loved ones.
People who are sick.
People who do not have a place to sleep tonight.
People who are having a hard time moving forward with their lives.
It is pretty easy to feel sorry for yourself, and forgetting that you do have a lot to be thankful for.
I have great health.
I have a place to sleep tonight.
I have a great job and people I work with.
I have people that love and support me dearly.
During your darkest moment, take a moment to step back and find something that you can be thankful for. We always have something to be thankful for. Never forget that.
Have a great week ahead.
